With compassion, empathy and deep sensitivity, a safe environment is created in which clients  gain perspective on the relationship between their past & present; understand the impact of  habitual thoughts & behaviors on their health & well-being; and heal old wounds in order to move forward in life. 

Specialties 

Cognitive Behavioral, Experiential, Internal Family Systems, and Brief Therapy are used to address depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, loss, stress, and relationship, marital & family issues. 

Also through techniques such as relaxation, visualization and mindfulness, clients will come to know that change, and healing is possible. The discovery and cultivation of inner strength, self-empowerment, hope and new possibilities is the main goal.

Family Service of Long Beach, Licensed Psychotherapist. Provided individual, couple, family & group therapy for culturally diverse populations.(1999-2012) 

M.F.T Internship 

Family Service of Cerritos and Family Service of Long Beach.  Provided individual,family and group therapy,and parenting classes.  Also provided school-based individual and group therapy for middle school students.(1995-1999) 

Horizon Education Center, Orange County Unified School District.  Provided counseling services for at-risk youth.(1996-1998)
