My Purpose:
Relationship issues are one of the most important elements upon which we can focus to encourage our
growth. With compassion, I welcome the opportunity to provide help to individuals and couples in making changes for more satisfying relationships and life styles, both social and work related.
Using a variety of modalities from Cognitive Behavioral to Brief Therapy, sessions are conducted to fit the individual’s issues including stress, depression, anxiety and grief.
