Sara Gayl is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as of June, 1995. She earned her B.A. degree in Applied Psychology at the California State University, Long Beach in August of 1988. She received her M.S. degree in Psychology at the California State University, Long Beach in December of 1991.

Sara uses cognitive/behavioral, short-term-solution focused, family systems and psycho dynamic therapy. She works with individuals, couples and families.  She specializes anxiety, co-dependence, depression, relationship and marital problems as well as men and women's issues and work life balance.
